Raccoon Removal in Batavia - 10 March 2026

Upon our monthly inspection for one of our Rodent Guard Program clients in Batavia, we noticed some activity under their wrap around porch.

Not sure if it was skunk, raccoon, opossum, or foxes that had moved in, we set a camera to monitor the burrow for 72 hours. The first night we got the answer for “Who’s Den is it"?”

Turns out a male raccoon had taken the liberty of moving in under the porch. Out team got to work evicting the problem raccoon and once we were sure there were not animals remaining under the porch, we buttoned things up to prevent any future access
