Raccoon Clean Up in Anderson - 06 Feb 2026

The team spent some time this afternoon cleaning up raccoon waste in a latrine site on the client’s roof. We had already trapped out the animals, patched up and secured the soffit the raccoons were using to enter the attic, now it was time to clean up the mess the raccoons left behind. We remove latrine sites firstly because of the heat;th hazard they pose with issue like Raccoon Round Worm and other contagion, but we ALSO remove latrine sites because they act as a pheromone lure to draw in other area raccoons.
